Terms & Conditions – Roger That Giveaway

Promotion Period
The Roger That Giveaway runs from 17th April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 17th May 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over

• Promotion is valid only for purchases made in participating stores within Manawatu-Whanganui and Horowhenua regions

• Employees of Roger That and associated partners are not eligible to enter

• Entrants must hold proof of purchase to be eligible to win 

How to Enter

• Purchase a box of Roger That from a participating store

• Scan the QR code and complete the entry form

• Each valid submission counts as one entry

• Multiple entries are permitted with multiple qualifying purchases

Proof of Purchase

• Entrants may be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt)

• Roger That reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any invalid or fraudulent submissions

Prize Details
One winner will receive:

• 3x boxes of Roger That

• 1x slushy machine

• Roger That branded cooler

• 2 x Roger That bucket hats

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random within 5 working days of the promotion closing

• The winner will be contacted via the details provided in the entry form

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, a new winner may be drawn

Prize Collection

• Prize must be collected from a nominated location or delivered within New Zealand

• Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner

Use of Content
By entering, participants agree that Roger That may use their name and/or entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

Liability
Roger That is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or incomplete entries

• Technical issues affecting entry submission

• Any damage or loss arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize
